Methodology: A case study research method was chosen, and a qualitative approach was undertaken using semi-structured interviews via telephone. research data was analysed using NVIVO software.

This evaluative research used a qualitative approach to explore the benefits of digital skills training during various stages of lockdown for older people. The research explored how older people felt about their digital literacy, and what factors helped them to feel more confident. Partnership working between the library and a social housing provider has many benefits, including greater awareness and use of the library, thereby enhancing social inclusion.
