Digital exclusion affects more than 19 million people across the UK, limiting access to essential services, education, employment, and social connection. One in seven adults and one in five children lack the devices, skills, or connectivity needed to navigate today’s increasingly digital world. At the same time, over 8 million households struggle to afford communication services, widening inequalities and cutting off vital opportunities.

Creating lasting change requires urgency and collaboration. The Digital Poverty Alliance’s new Community Circle brings together charities, non-profits, and community organisations dedicated to ensuring no one is left behind in the digital age. By working collectively, we can influence policy, strengthen support systems, and make digital access a right, not a privilege.

If your organisation is committed to ending digital exclusion and empowering communities, we invite you to join this movement and be part of the solution.
