Become a partner.

Does your organisation believe in a world where everyone has equal access to the life changing benefits of digital? Do you believe that technology can be a powerful tool for positive change?

We recognise that access to technology, connectivity, digital literacy, support, and motivation are critical for individuals to thrive in today’s interconnected world. Unfortunately, millions of people in the UK still face barriers to digital inclusion, limiting their opportunities for education, employment, and social participation.

We are working to help these millions of people access the devices, connectivity, skills and support that they need – but we can only do this with your help.

Our goal is to bring together partners, champions, and compassionate individuals who aim to address all aspects of digital poverty and inequality for those who need it most, swiftly and comprehensively. To do that we work with corporate and public sector organisations to deliver innovative projects that alleviate digital poverty.

Our funding

We are funded by donations from the public, organisations, and charities across the UK. Like many charities, we don’t receive government funding, so every partnership helps us grow our impact.

The Digital Poverty Alliance was originally established by seed-funding from Currys plc in 2021. Our project funding includes:

  • Tech4Teachers 2022/23, funded by Intel and Barclays to distribute 700 laptops across England
  • Tech 4 Prison Leavers, funded by Intel, supporting prisoners in London and the south east with devices and mentoring
  • Tech4Families, funded by in-store customers of Currys plc to purchase laptops for children in five areas of the UK
